Refund Policy
At Signature Fit, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle free returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns & Refunds
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of order delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- We do not accept returns on final sale items, bodysuits, or worn/used merchandise
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
- Return shipping is the customers responsibility
- Must be shipped to P.O. Box ... via USPS only
Size Exchanges
- Must be requested within 14 days of order delivery
- Exchange shipping and re-delivery is the customer responsibility
Defective or Wrong Item
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email support@signaturefitstore.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include detailed photos and your order number for quicker processing. There is no cost to the customer for defective or wrong items
- Photos must show original tags in tact to validate refund or exchange.
