Refund policy

At Signature Fit, we want you to love your athletic leisure wear ! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns & Refunds

Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns on final sale items, undergarments, or worn/used items for hygiene reasons.
Refund Type: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment method (processing time: refund process will start 1-3 business day after receiving your item - payment status will depend on your banking institution).
Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

🔄 We offer free size exchanges to ensure the perfect fit! Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange an exchange.

  • We must receive the product before we can ship out your requested exchange item
  • If item is worn/washed/without original tags your exchange will be rejected and it will be your responsibility to cover shipping cost for us to return your purchased item back to you.  

Defective or Wrong Items?

🛠 If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at support@signaturefitstore.com within 3 days with photos of items (must have tags attached in photos), and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.  If your original purchased item is no longer available we can provide a store credit for the full value of your purchase or issue a full refund to your original form of payment.  

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1️⃣ Email us at support@signaturefitstore.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2️⃣ We’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.
3️⃣ Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
